Welcome to Nestzy. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nestzy web platform and services provided by Nestzy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering, accessing, or using the Nestzy platform as a Student or a PG/Hostel Owner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description
Nestzy is an online marketplace connecting students/tenants with verified PG and Hostel owners. We provide discovery, booking facilitation, secure payments via Razorpay, and communication tools. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties listed.
3. User Accounts
Students: Must provide accurate information for bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Owners: Must complete KYC verification (PAN, Aadhaar) to list properties. Owners are strictly responsible for the accuracy of their listings, images, and availability.
4. Booking & Payment Terms
- Intermediary Platform Role: Nestzy acts strictly as a technology intermediary platform. We connect students with PG/Hostel owners. Nestzy does not own or manage properties, and property conditions are managed solely by hostel owners. Students use the platform at their own discretion and should verify hostel conditions in person before move-in. Nestzy is not liable for local disputes, owner behavior, or any offline agreements.
- Advance Payments & Platform Fee: Student booking confirmation requires a total payment of ₹1058, consisting of a ₹1000 room advance (paid to the property owner), a ₹49 Nestzy platform fee, and ₹9 Taxes & processing. The platform fee is a non-refundable convenience and verification charge used to support booking confirmation, fraud prevention, operational infrastructure, and customer support. The platform fee is non-refundable once the booking payment is successfully processed.
- Refunds & Cancellation Policy: Cancel before owner approval → 100% refund of the advance amount. After owner confirmation, cancellation is only eligible within 12 hours. Beyond this period, advance payments become non-refundable. The platform fee (₹49 + ₹9 Taxes & processing) is non-refundable in all cases. Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days depending on banking networks and Razorpay payment settlement systems. Fraudulent users or accounts engaged in payment abuse or offline bypass may be permanently banned.
- Rent Collection: Monthly rent must be paid via the platform or directly to the owner via verified payment uploads.
Non-GST Service Provider Disclosure: Nestzy is currently operating as a non-GST registered service provider. Taxes & processing charges are operational/platform charges and are not GST invoices.
5. Owner Terms & Commissions
To operate a dashboard and receive bookings on Nestzy, owners must agree to the following terms:
- Registration Fee: A one-time, non-refundable onboarding activation fee of ₹999 applies as a limited-time launch offer. After the promotional period, the onboarding activation fee will dynamically update to the standard ₹1999 rate. Nestzy reserves the right to waive activation fees, run strategic onboarding campaigns, provide promotional onboarding offers, suspend fraudulent accounts, or modify onboarding pricing at its sole discretion without prior exposure of internal tools.
- Transaction Commission: A small transaction-based platform commission is charged on rent payments processed via Nestzy.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not: submit false KYC documents, spam other users via the in-app chat, attempt to bypass the platform's payment systems, or list illegal or unsafe accommodations.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any disputes arising out of the physical condition of the property, behavior of the owner/tenants, or any loss/damage of personal property at the hostel/PG premises.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
