• Financial Data: UTR/Reference numbers for rent verification. (Note: We do not store credit card details; these are handled by our payment gateway).
• KYC Documents (Owners Only): PAN Card and Aadhaar Card required for verification and compliance.
• Usage Data: Device information, IP addresses, and interaction logs on our platform via Google Analytics and Firebase.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to facilitate bookings, process payments, verify identities, resolve complaints, and send transactional notifications regarding your account (e.g., booking confirmations, rent reminders).

3. Third-Party Services (Firebase & Analytics)

Nestzy utilizes Google Firebase for backend infrastructure, authentication, and secure data storage (Firestore & Firebase Storage). Usage data is analyzed using Google Analytics to improve the platform's performance and user experience.

4. Payment Processing, Fraud & Activity Monitoring

All online payments, transaction processing, and dashboard activation fees are securely handled by Razorpay payment processing. We implement advanced fraud monitoring systems and automated activity monitoring to detect unauthorized actions, prevent payment abuse, and safeguard user accounts. Nestzy does not store or collect sensitive payment credentials. Refund processing timelines depend on banking networks and Razorpay payment settlement systems, and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

5. Secure KYC Storage & Account Protection Systems

We provide secure KYC storage for property owner verification documents (such as PAN and Aadhaar cards) in encrypted environments. Only authorized administrative staff have limited admin verification access strictly to confirm compliance. Our strict database infrastructure and account protection systems guard against unauthorized privilege escalation and ensure high data integrity.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data as long as your account is active, or as necessary to comply with our legal obligations (e.g., tax regulations, dispute resolution) in India.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act of India, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You may initiate an account deletion request by contacting our support team.
